Sales Background Required- Architect, Contractors, Electrical Consultants

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales targets for all products and customer segments.
• Drive collections aggressively while maximizing business potential.
• Ensure the desired contribution of new products to overall sales.
• Build strong, effective relationships with consultants, architects, and other key stakeholders to promote business.
• Launch new products in the market and strengthen the market share of existing ones.
• Continuously explore new markets, geographies, and customer segments through targeted business development activities.
• Identify customer needs accurately and provide tailored solutions.
• Resolve customer issues promptly to foster customer satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain daily sales outstanding (DSO) at targeted levels.
• Monitor and report market trends, competitor strategies, pricing, and schemes.
• Ensure adherence to company policies in customer documentation and compliance.
• Develop strong relationships with major customers, stockists, agents, specifiers, and panel builders.
• Provide active support to the specification teams.
• Plan and execute local promotional initiatives like exhibitions, fairs, dealer meets, and
• interactions with electricians, architects, and interior designers.
