Job Description
- As a Frontend Developer at Siemens Energy, you will be engaged in developing and optimizing high-performance web applications using technologies like React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. Your contribution to impactful projects will enhance user experience and support our mission of sustainable energy solutions. Being part of an Agile team environment, you will collaborate with colleagues, provide mentorship, and stay updated with industry trends to deliver high-quality code and performance. Your work will have a direct influence on the team's success, customer satisfaction, and drive innovation in the energy sector. You will play a significant role in the following areas: - Developing, optimizing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. - Contributing to product planning and providing insights to enhance user experience and application performance. - Working with GraphQL and REST APIs to integrate frontend applications with backend services. - Participating in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. - Ensuring code quality, maintainability, and performance through standard processes and code reviews. - Mentoring junior developers and contributing to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the team. - Staying up to date with industry trends and emerging frontend technologies. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 8+ years of proven experience after BE, B Tech in frontend development, building and deploying modern web applications. - Strong proficiency in React.js, Angular.js, or Next.js. - Experience with React Native is a plus. - Solid understanding of GraphQL and REST API integration. - Experience in performance optimization and frontend architecture design. - Knowledge of state management libraries like Redux, MobX, or Context API. - Familiarity with modern build tools such as Webpack, Babel, and Vite. - Experience with CI/CD pipelines for frontend applications. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working in Agile teams. - Knowledge of SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is an added advantage. - Strong proficiency with node, npm, and other developer tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with Product owner teams and collaborators.
