Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Accounts Payable Associate to join our finance team in Visakhapatnam, India. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and processing accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers.

Process and verify invoices, expense reports, and payment requests
Match purchase orders with invoices and receiving documents
Enter and maintain vendor information in the accounting system
Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment inquiries
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Maintain accurate records and organize accounts payable files
Identify and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
Comply with accounting policies, procedures, and financial regulations
Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
Assist in preparing reports and analysis as required by management
