Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Support onboarding processes for new hires document collection, induction coordination, etc.
Employee Engagement
- Help organize employee engagement activities like Thankful Thursdays, birthdays, and team events.
- Gather feedback and support internal communication initiatives.
HR Operations
- Maintain HR records and employee databases.
- Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and compliance documentation.
- Support preparation of HR letters like offer letters, relieving letters, etc.
Learning & Development
- Coordinate internal training sessions and feedback collection.
- Track participation and training effectiveness.
General Support
- Contribute to HR process improvements and internal initiatives.
- Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as required.
