Position Overview:
As an HR Executive, you will play a vital role in supporting our HR department in various functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will be responsible for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies align with our business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding processes for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in resolving employee conflicts and fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Support performance appraisal processes and provide guidance to managers on effective performance management techniques.
- Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating professional development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Prepare reports and presentations for HR metrics and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Australian labor laws and regulations.
- Contribute to initiatives that promote employee engagement and retention.
- Assist in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and analyzing results.
