Business Development - Associate / Assistant Manager / Manager @ Collegedunia

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development professional to join our team at Collegedunia. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the IT Services & Consulting industry.

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to drive growth and revenue.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services.
• Identify and pursue new business leads through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques.
• Manage and negotiate contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.

• Proven experience in business development or sales within the IT Services & Consulting industry.
• Strong understanding of the IT Services & Consulting landscape and current market trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve common goals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business growth.
• Experience working with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage.
