Client we are Hiring for:

It is Indias leading full-stack EV leasing platform, delivering Mobility as a Service (MaaS) for commercial vehicle users. Role Overview:

We are looking for a Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team and bring fresh, creative energy and marketing fundamentals to our growth journey. This is a generalist marketing role, where youll be responsible for driving brand presence, funnel growth, digital marketing, campaign execution and customer experience - across online and offline touchpoints

The ideal candidate will be innovative, well-versed in core marketing principles, and experienced in

improving marketing funnels in fast-paced, entrepreneurial setups. Experience in the automotive,

mobility, leasing, or related sectors is a plus but not mandatory we welcome fresh perspectives

from across industries

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning

Take ownership of the overall marketing strategy and annual activity calendar for companies across B2C and B2B verticals

Develop and execute integrated brand, demand generation, and digital marketing initiatives.

Funnel Growth & Campaign Execution

Drive initiatives to increase top-of-the-funnel traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates through multi-channel campaigns.

Regularly track, report, and optimize marketing funnel performance metrics traffic, leads, conversion, and engagement

Customer Experience

Manage and continuously optimize various customer touchpoints, company website, product landing pages, social media handles, point of sales / dealerships, service centres etc. to improve User and Customer experience

Brand Building & Content Marketing

Ensure consistent Brand Identity across all offline and online touchpoints, in line with the Brand guidelines be it Dealership branding, merchandise, office branding, sales collaterals, stationary etc

Take ownership of the content strategy, manage content creation across formats and media, ensure the brand story is communicated to B2C and B2B audiences in the most effective way in line with the communication guidelines. (social, website, emailers, presentations, product brochures etc.)

Manage both internal and external stakeholders for content creation agencies, freelancers, drivers, sales teams, dealers etc. for both static and video content.

Innovation & New Initiatives

Bring fresh ideas and creativity to marketing initiatives, partnerships, and on-ground activations

While understanding of conventional automotive marketing is expected, the ideal candidate should bring fresh thinking to the table, proposing new initiatives and growth hacks across all realms of marketing be it lead generation, customer experience, PR, communication or brand building,

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and funnel management

Hands-on experience in campaign management, lead generation, and digital marketing

Creativity and innovation in approaching marketing opportunities

Excellent communication, agency management, and project coordination skills

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse marketing performance

Entrepreneurial attitude with a bias for action

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Management, or Mass Communication

5+ years of well-rounded marketing experience (automotive, mobility, or EV is a bonus but open to other industries)

Proven track record in increasing marketing funnel performance, digital marketing campaigns, and brand visibility
