Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive/Manager to join our IT sales team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling digital IT products or SaaS solutions and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through product sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell the companys own digital IT products to B2B or B2C clients.
  • Identify potential clients through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demos tailored to business needs.
  • Understand customer pain points and provide appropriate product solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and negotiation to closure.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to improve pitch and positioning.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback to management.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business/marketing/IT or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT sales, preferably with SaaS, digital platforms, or proprietary tech products.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Tech-savvy and quick to understand and explain complex digital solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Tamil (preferred for Chennai-based clientele).
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willing to travel within Chennai or nearby regions when required.
  • Understanding of IT domains such as cloud services, enterprise software, or hospital tech, if relevant.
