Salesforce Tech Lead/Senior Consultant @ Infosys BPM

Job Description

As a Salesforce Consultant at Infosys, you will leverage your 9+ years of experience in Salesforce to define architecture, share alternative solution approaches, and establish development best practices tailored to customer needs. Your expertise in Apex, Integration, and Lightning Web Components (LWC) will be essential as you guide the design review board and mentor a team of 10 to 15 members. Your proficiency in Sales and Service cloud implementations will be crucial as you work on projects, manage configurations, and conduct pilots to ensure client satisfaction. Your Salesforce certifications including PD1, PD2, Sales and Service Consultant, and additional SFDC certifications will set you apart. A typical day at Infosys will involve diagnosing customer issues, designing innovative solutions, and deploying them effectively to exceed client expectations. You will play a key role in proposal development, solution design, configuration activities, and product demonstrations.
