The job location is in Punjab and Kashmir. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Execution & Target Achievement: Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in the assigned territory. Actively visiting dealers, distributors, retailers, and key accounts to generate demand and close sales. - Dealer & Distributor Development: Identifying, appointing, and onboarding new dealers and distributors in underpenetrated or potential markets. Conducting regular performance reviews of channel partners and assisting in stock planning and order placement. - Retail Channel Management: Building strong relationships with retail outlets and ensuring secondary sales movement. Implementing point-of-sale strategies, product visibility, and brand promotions at the retail level. - Market Development: Conducting field surveys and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Participating in trade shows, local exhibitions, and dealer meets to enhance brand presence. - Reporting & Coordination: Maintaining accurate sales reports, distributor performance data, and market intelligence. Coordinating with internal teams (Logistics, Accounts, Marketing) for order fulfillment, credit control, and promotional support.
