- As a Lead Software Developer at Business2Sell Group located in Noida, Sector 62, you will play a crucial role in leading our development team to create robust, scalable, and high-performing software solutions. Business2Sell Group is a pioneer in the digital marketplace, connecting buyers and sellers in the realm of businesses for sale since its establishment in 2004. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing full-stack software solutions such as web applications, APIs, and microservices using modern technologies like Laravel, Node.js, Vue.js, Angular, and React.js. You will be involved in architecting scalable and maintainable software systems that prioritize factors like performance, security, and usability. Collaboration is a key aspect of this role, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define technical solutions, and deliver high-quality software products. Your role will also involve providing technical leadership and guidance to development teams, mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and promoting best coding practices. Staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends will be essential in driving continuous improvement initiatives within the organization. You will also be responsible for overseeing database design and optimization, ensuring data security, integrity, and backup strategies for multiple database systems like MySQL and PostgreSQL. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with proficiency in Java, Laravel, Node.js, React.js, Angular, and Vue.js. Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, distributed computing concepts, software development lifecycle, agile methodologies, and version control systems like Git is necessary. Experience with databases such as MongoDB and Apache Iceberg is a plus. Effective communication and collaboration skills are crucial for working in a cross-functional team environment. You should also be open to giving and receiving constructive feedback to continuously improve solutions.
