Job Description

You are a highly motivated individual looking to gain hands-on experience in software development within a dynamic and innovative IT company. As a Software Developer Intern at PENNEP, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the analysis and resolution of software issues, writing clean and efficient code, participating in code reviews to ensure quality, and working on debugging and troubleshooting software defects. It is essential to stay updated with industry trends and technologies to contribute effectively to the team. To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of React.js, JavaScript, Node.js, HTML, and CSS. Familiarity with version control systems like Git and knowledge of database systems (SQL or NoSQL) are necessary. Previous internship experience or personal projects demonstrating your software development skills will be beneficial. Strong problem-solving and communication skills, along with an eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies, are essential attributes for success. While not mandatory, the ability to use Atlassian tools such as Jira and Confluence would be a plus. Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required for this internship opportunity at PENNEP.
