Job Description

    You are a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager/Manager in sales with a strong background in robotics and industrial automation. You have a proven track record in selling automation solutions across various industries such as automotive, electronics, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, food & beverage, aviation, and heavy industries. Your responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, creating strategic sales plans, engaging with key stakeholders, and managing a channel partner network for scalable growth. You will recruit, onboard, and develop channel partners, distributors, and system integrators across regions. You will provide sales training, technical support, and co-marketing initiatives to enable partners. Setting performance KPIs, managing joint business planning, and ensuring mutual success will be crucial aspects of your role. In terms of account management, you will focus on growing existing accounts, ensuring long-term customer satisfaction, and expanding revenue. Developing customized automation solutions aligned with client needs, leading contract negotiations, and managing the full sales lifecycle will be part of your responsibilities. Your industry expertise will involve staying informed on emerging trends, technologies, and applications in various sectors such as automotive & electronics, medical devices & pharmaceuticals, food & beverage processing, aviation & aerospace, and heavy machinery & industrial equipment. You will translate complex technical capabilities into business value for different sectors. Collaboration with engineering, applications, marketing, and support teams is essential. You will maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM data, and partner performance reports. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related technical field is required, and an MBA is a plus. You should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in robotics and automation. Demonstrated success in selling to at least 3 of the following industries is necessary: automotive, electronics, medical, pharma, food & beverage, aviation, or heavy industries. You must have proven experience in developing and managing channel sales and indirect sales networks. A strong understanding of automation technologies such as robotics (collaborative/industrial), PLCs, motion control, and system integration is expected. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills are crucial for this role. You should be willing to travel 50% or more, including internationally if required. Preferred skills include familiarity with Industry 4.0, smart manufacturing, and IoT-based automation, CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent), and multilingual capabilities for global sales and partner development. This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule, day shift, and performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
