As a key role within the Global Excellence Centre at Arcadis, you will be responsible for supporting the global Services strategy and excellence. Your main objective will be to drive excellence in GEC service delivery within the service area, positioning GEC as a center of excellence, and supporting the implementation of the global S&A strategy. This pivotal role ensures that capability excellence plays a crucial role in maintaining service delivery quality, sustainability, and the organization and reusability of data. Reporting directly to the GEC Business Area Director / GEC Director, with a dotted reporting line to the GBA Service Director, you will play a critical role in the full-time position. You will be accountable for various responsibilities: **Individual Accountabilities:** Standardization & Automation of Service Delivery: - Develop and implement standardized ways of working for the Service Line, ensuring governance and assurance across the discipline. - Own and lead continuous improvement in standardized approaches within GEC. - Identify, develop, and deploy automated solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce delivery costs. - Drive best practices and knowledge sharing to promote the adoption of digital tools within BAs. Quality / Service Excellence: - Support the Service Transition Director in migrating activities to GEC. - Develop service delivery plans with high standards of quality to enhance client satisfaction. - Drive the discipline in using optimized ways of working and provide service leadership in projects. - Ensure alignment of GEC project contributions with the designated roles outlined in Global Procedures. Capability Development: - Contribute to long-term skill requirements for the service discipline. - Build GEC competence and additional skills to support growth and efficiency. - Promote knowledge sharing through various channels to enhance skills within GEC. Connected Data: - Develop strategies for selecting, storing, maintaining, and reusing data in service delivery. - Showcase best practices in extracting value from data and actively participate in relevant global data communities. Sustainability: - Drive sustainability in service delivery through the sharing of best practices. - Identify opportunities to incorporate sustainability into service delivery. Organization: - Establish a network of SMEs within GEC to drive desired outcomes. - Actively participate in relevant global service communities. Growth: - Contribute to tenders and global accounts to promote GEC adoption. - Develop global value propositions for key clients and support the growth plan. - Partner with Discipline Director to enhance commercial awareness skills. **Qualifications & Experience:** The ideal candidate should have significant professional experience in the service industry, ideally globally, and possess excellent influencing and collaboration skills.
