Job Description

    Location: Bandra (West)
    Salary : 25k to 30k


    About the Role:
    Were looking for a Company Secretary whos sharp, reliable, and compliance-focused. Youll be the backbone for all things corporate governance, legal compliance, and board matters. If you love precision, structure, and making companies run clean and compliant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, SEBI, FEMA, RBI & other applicable laws
    • Handle Board Meetings, General Meetings prepare notices, agendas, minutes
    • Maintain statutory registers and filings (ROC, MCA e-filings)
    • Draft and vet agreements, resolutions, and policies
    • Liaison with regulatory authorities MCA, ROC, RBI, etc.
    • Coordinate with auditors, legal teams, and stakeholders
    • Manage secretarial audits, annual returns, XBRL filings
    • Advise the board on good governance practices and compliance
    • Support M&A, share transfers, and capital restructuring as needed

    Must-Haves:

    • Qualified Company Secretary (ICSI membership)
    • Strong knowledge of corporate laws, SEBI regulations, FEMA
    • Excellent drafting, communication, and organizational skills
    • Tech-savvy with ROC/MCA online systems
    • High integrity and confidentiality
