Company Secretary & Compliance Officer @ Shrikrish Housing

Job Description

The Company Secretary & Compliance Officer will play a crucial role in guaranteeing the company's adherence to relevant laws and regulations, especially focusing on the Companies Act, 2013, and guidelines from the Reserve Bank of India (RBI). You will support the Board of Directors, oversee the corporate governance framework, and ensure smooth compliance throughout all investment activities. Your responsibilities will include independently managing and scheduling Board, Committee (Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, etc.), and General Meetings. It is essential to ensure strict compliance with all RBI Master Directions, Circulars, and Guidelines for NBFCs, including Systemically Important Non-Deposit taking Company and Investment and Credit Company. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing and submitting all periodic and ad-hoc returns to the RBI, such as COSMOS returns, and aiding in legal and secretarial due diligence for potential investments in unlisted entities.,
