Job Role: CES is looking for a Senior Executive Demand Generation to collaborate closely with the IT Marketing and Sales teams. Shift Time: Night Shift (4pm to 1am IST) Job Description: We are in search of a Senior Executive Demand Generation to join our dynamic sales team, concentrating on the US market. The ideal candidate will be actively involved in the entire sales process, from sourcing and managing databases to conducting research and outreach, including cold calls. This role necessitates working during the night shift to align with US business hours (4pm to 1am IST). Responsibilities: - Execute end-to-end Demand Generation activities, including identifying potential clients, maintaining databases, and conducting comprehensive research. - Implement outreach strategies, including cold calls, to engage with prospects effectively. - Leverage IT expertise to promote IT services successfully within the US market. - Display a strong sales acumen with a proactive attitude, delivering immediate results and contributing to team success. - Innovate new sales strategies to enhance sales opportunities. - Demonstrate exceptional written and verbal communication skills to convey the value proposition of our services convincingly. - Engage actively with leads and clients, fostering strong relationships and tailoring solutions to meet their needs. - Collaborate with the sales team to achieve and surpass sales targets and goals. - Aid in formulating business strategies and plans to realize corporate objectives and revenue targets. - Work with cross-functional teams to identify growth areas and develop actionable plans to capitalize on market opportunities. - Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and challenges. Ideal Candidate: - Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in selling IT services to the US market. - Strong IT background with a deep understanding of technology trends and solutions. - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a technology-related background is advantageous. - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced setting. - Ability to thrive in a night shift schedule and adapt to US business hours. - Self-motivated individual with a proactive sales approach and a willingness to take initiative. - Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with clients and internal teams. - Innovative thinker with the capacity to develop creative sales strategies. - Assertive and confident personality with a strong drive for success. - Proactive mindset, committed to continuous improvement and achieving results.,
