As a member of Oracle Customer Success, you will be part of a team of Subject Matter Experts responsible for supporting Oracle University's Fusion Applications Technology training content. Your role will involve contributing to the creation, recording, delivery, and sale of various Oracle University training assets, such as Cloud Learning Subscriptions, Live Training Sessions, Certifications, and other content offerings. As the Customer Success Fusion Application Technology Instructor, you will be a self-motivated professional leveraging your expertise to support Oracle University products. Your responsibilities will include curating online subscription material, teaching, developing, and recording training content. An essential aspect of this role is the eagerness to learn new technologies to effectively deliver training using modern learning techniques within a fast-paced market environment. The ideal candidate for this position will possess: - A passion for training and sharing knowledge - 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion applications in a technical capacity - Deep understanding of Oracle Fusion Technical concepts - Experience with Visual Builder Studio (VBS) for configuring and extending Oracle Cloud Applications - Knowledge of Fusion Redwood Design Systems and related tools - Proficiency in Fusion Integrations with other applications/systems including connectors and APIs - Familiarity with web development technologies, tools, and methods - Basic understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, GUI frameworks, REST, and Oracle Databases As an IC4 level professional, your responsibilities will include: - Providing quality work products independently to engagements - Implementing Oracle products and technologies to meet customer needs - Developing, reviewing, and teaching cloud content and hands-on labs for Oracle Cloud Services - Creating and maintaining training content such as Curriculum, Audio, and Video Assets - Consulting with customer management and participating in business development activities Key attributes we look for in candidates include strong communication skills, technical expertise, ability to navigate complex customer environments, and experience in interacting with customer key users and senior executives.
