As a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester, you will join our QA team with 1 to 2.6 years of experience in software testing, focusing on manual and automation testing processes. Your primary responsibility will be to test software applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and improvements to ensure the highest quality product is delivered to our users. Your duties and responsibilities will include: - Developing test cases based on requirements and design documents. - Performing functional, regression, integration, and system testing on various software applications. - Collaborating with the QA team to develop and execute automated test scripts. - Identifying, reporting, and tracking software defects and inconsistencies using bug tracking tools. - Working closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand software requirements. - Documenting test results, creating detailed bug reports, and providing feedback on software performance. - Assisting in setting up and maintaining test environments and test data. - Suggesting improvements to existing testing processes and methodologies. You should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing. - Experience in testing web and mobile applications. This position is based in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and follows a work-from-office model. You should be willing to work on-site at various locations in India and globally, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East. On-site benefits may be provided.
