Job Description

Meta is looking for Software Engineering Manager to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. Responsible for overseeing the development and delivery of software products. Lead a team of software engineers and provide technical direction. Participate in the software development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and maintenance. Define and implement software development processes and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product, design, and QA, to ensure project success. Mentor and coach team members to help them grow professionally. Manage software project schedules, resources, and budgets. Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products that meet customer requirements. Stay up to date with the latest software development technologies and industry trends. Participate in hiring and performance management activities for the team. Requirements : Strong technical leadership skills and experience leading a software engineering team. In-depth knowledge of software development processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience with Agile software development methodologies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. Familiarity with cloud computing and DevOps practices is a plus.
