This role involves overseeing contract handling and partner relationships, driving efficiency through operational transformation and technology. Reporting to the Business Operations and Technology Partnership Senior Manager in Pune, India, the ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a passion for leveraging digital tools for enhanced workflows and efficiency. Experience in SaaS or high-growth tech environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Expect a combination of management, hands-on contract execution, operational transformation, and process improvement projects. Establish and maintain standard processes for contract and project management, ensuring consistency and alignment with company policies. Monitor team performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of objectives. Identify and mitigate contract risks while meeting business goals. Team Management: Effectively distribute workload based on skills, prioritize tasks, and lead the operational contracting team. Provide coaching and mentorship to resolve challenges and recommend upskilling initiatives. Identify skill gaps and drive initiatives to enhance team performance. Operational Transformation & Process Optimization: Lead continuous improvement efforts to align contracting processes with SaaS business practices. Support operational transformation initiatives related to contract lifecycle management (CLM) and automation. Streamline contracting workflows through digital solutions and design processes to achieve organizational outcomes. Role Overview: Manage and review end-to-end contract lifecycle execution following standard operating procedures. Handle nonstandard/complex agreements and ensure timely routing of contracts for appropriate signing authority. Develop, implement, and maintain contract workflows through Adobe sign and iCertis. Own contract data attributes across platforms like Adobe sign, SFDC, and Icertis. Act as a subject matter expert for various contract adjustments and coordinate with stakeholders for project buy-ins. Qualifications and Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in contract administration, GTM operations, or similar roles with 3+ years in a managerial position. Degree in operations, business administration, or technology preferred. Experience in leading operational transformations and working in global teams. Strong negotiation, risk assessment, and stakeholder management skills. Desirable Qualities: Analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills. Familiarity with contract administration, Legal, and Sales software like Icertis, Adobe sign, and SFDC. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and build relationships with diverse stakeholders. Proactive leadership style with a growth mindset.
