Job Description

As a Jr Software Engineer at our organization, you will have the opportunity to be a part of our dynamic development team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain software applications in alignment with project specifications. Collaboration with senior engineers will be essential as you contribute to the design and implementation of new features. Engaging in code reviews and sharing knowledge within the team will also be part of your role. Your role will involve troubleshooting and resolving software defects and issues that arise during the development process. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating and updating technical documentation for the software applications you work on. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in software development. Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript is essential for this position. Familiarity with web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js will be advantageous. An understanding of database management systems, including SQL or NoSQL, is also required. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git, will be beneficial as you collaborate with the team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are qualities that will help you succeed in this role. Additionally, your ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment will be crucial for your contribution to the team's success.
