Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Full Stack Engineer with expertise in React.js, Node.js, and
MongoDB to lead the development of our internal user interface and related backend services.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing scalable client-server
architectures, be comfortable working across the full development stack, and exhibit a passion
for clean, maintainable code.
You will play a vital role in building applications that streamline workflow processes, working in
close collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver a secure, responsive, and user-friendly
platform.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with onshore Tech Lead, developers and product owners to define software
requirements and solutions
Design and implement client-side and server-side architecture
Build responsive, user-centric front-end applications using React.js
Develop robust back-end services and APIs with Node.js and Express
Manage application data and persistence with MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL
Write, test, and maintain secure, scalable APIs
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and efficiency
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software components
Implement security and data protection best practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer
Ability to complete a technical exercise as part of the hiring process
Proficiency in:
- Front-end: React, HTML/CSS, JavaScript, JSON
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js
- Databases: MongoDB, PostgreSQL
Experience building responsive desktop and mobile web applications
Strong understanding of Linux as a development and deployment environment
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and implementation
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
Nice-to-Haves (Preferred):
Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
Exposure to authentication systems (OAuth, JWT)
Knowledge of TypeScript or other typed JavaScript variants
Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Demonstrates great attention to detail.
Exhibits strong organizational skills.
Has an analytical mind.
Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field is required
