Role & responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (Voice Process) or manage customer queries via email/chat (Non-Voice Process) efficiently.
- Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain proper documentation and follow company guidelines.
- Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Only candidates with qualifications other than BE, BTech, BSc, and fresh postgraduates are eligible to apply.
- Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills in English and/or other languages (as per job requirement).
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure effectively.
Skills Required:
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
- Team player with a positive attitude.
