Role & responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer calls (Voice Process) or manage customer queries via email/chat (Non-Voice Process) efficiently.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Maintain proper documentation and follow company guidelines.
  • Achieve daily/weekly targets and contribute to team goals.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Only candidates with qualifications other than BE, BTech, BSc, and fresh postgraduates are eligible to apply.
  • Prior experience in customer service or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or other languages (as per job requirement).
  • Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure effectively.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-centric mindset.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
