Job Description
Job Title: HR Recruiter
Location: Hyderabad (Work from Office)
Salary: Up to 25,000 per month
Employment Type: Full Time
Roles & Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates from job portals, social media, and internal databases.
- Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate fitment.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Job Posting & Sourcing:
- Prepare job descriptions and post vacancies on various job boards.
- Utilize LinkedIn, Naukri and other platforms for candidate sourcing.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate databases for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and report hiring progress.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Maintain constant communication with candidates during the hiring process.
- Provide timely feedback and updates to candidates and stakeholders.
- Coordination & Onboarding:
- Assist in pre-onboarding formalities and documentation.
- Coordinate joining dates and ensure smooth onboarding.
- Client Interaction:
- Understand client requirements and align sourcing strategies accordingly.
- Other HR Activities:
- Support HR team in employee engagement activities as required.
Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year experience in recruitment preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and time management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring targets.
