Urgent Opening Non-IT Recruiter for Leading Consulting Firm

About the Role:
We are hiring a Non-IT Recruiter to join our consulting team. You will handle end-to-end recruitment for various industries like BFSI, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, etc. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills and the ability to close positions quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Source candidates via job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.

• Screen profiles, conduct initial interviews, and assess fitment.

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

• Maintain talent pipelines and database.

• Achieve monthly recruitment targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in any field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)

• Strong knowledge of Non-IT roles.

• Good communication and negotiation skills.
