Job Description

Position: Help Desk Executive- with one of the leading media company (Female)

Location: Andheri East

Experience: 1- 3yrs

Qualification: Any Graduate

Looking for Candidates with good communication skills

Job Description:

Recording of all complaints received in the electronic form (email/ calls etc...)
Complaints received to be assigned to respective department.
To ensure that all the queries are resolved in the given TAT time..
Feedback to be communicated to employees for completions of work or tentative completion of work.
Good knowledge of MS- Excel.
Having knowledge of Ticketing software would be preferred.
