Responsibilities

• Telecom Provisioning Support
• Local Number Portability
• Customer Service
• Order Flow Management
• Report work status back to respective Lead/Manager
• Extend shift on requirement of volume or SLA
• Support on weekend on requirement of volume or SLA
• Support on night shift login is mandatory

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Prior experience with US based BPO work (additional advantage)
• Prior experience with US Telecom/ Number Porting (additional advantage)
• Knowledge Retention
• Attention to Detail
• Strong hold on both written and spoken English
• Basic computer skills (Windows & Excel) with good typing speed (30 wpm @ 98% accuracy)
• Physically fit to work in night shift and day shift on rotational basis
• Ready to work on Saturday and Sunday or extend when required
• No leaves will be provided during initial 3 months
• Familiarity with US culture is an added advantage; at-least should be willing to adopt the same due to requirement in work

Salary Range : 1.65 to 2.2 L based on your experience and interview feedback
