• Understanding and Gathering Requirement on Client Basis
• Experience in Working on portals like Naukri, Monster, Linked in etc.
• Good Communication Skills
• Should be an Individual Contributor

Responsibilities and Duties Screening resumes Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates Coordinating interviews with the hiring managersFollowing up on the interview process statusManaging complete tasks involved in Recruitment cycle including taking requirements about the profileScheduling Interveiws & sending invitation mails,conducting interveiws,sending confirmation mail for selected candidates.Involving in negotiating salaries & selection Process ,contacting the candidate till they joinRequired Experience, Skills and Qualifications
