We are looking for Team Leader-Operations

Salary Package: Rs. 4.2 to 4.5 + Incentives + Other benefits

Joining Date : Immediate joiner

Location: Jaipur

Shifts: Any 9 hours

No of Openings:  10

!!Desired Candidate Profile!

• Ensure to follow TOPS and overachieve benchmark targets.
• Successfully complete all product updates, logs in for half of the day to take calls.
• Strong Knowledge of KPIs and help agents to improve on all the metrics.
• Review dashboards/ data reports on a daily basis.
• Managing performance for Self and team members on daily basis.
• Keep all KPIs Green.
• Have a good understanding of Product and Process along with strong people management.
• Excellent Communication skills.
