- The BPHR (HR Generalist) is responsible for driving people related matters for assigned Business and Geographies. The key result areas include but not limited to:
- Driving Employee Engagement parameters
- Employee Attrition and Retention Management
- Talent Management
- Policy implementation
- HR Audits and Compliances
Responsibilities
- Work closely with HR colleagues across the business to monitor, review and update all policies in line with current legislation and best practice
- Provide an advisory service to department managers and employees ensuring that they are fully aware of their rights and entitlements
- To partner with HR colleagues and key stakeholders and leaders to deliver a HR service in line with the needs and priorities of the organization
- Ensure Human Resources matters are handled fairly and consistently in line with legal and company requirements
- To oversee the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives as the key interface between professional HR and the business
Desires Skills and Experience
- Master's in HR stream is a compulsory requirement
- Should have minimum 5-7 years of experience working in an IT product development company
- Excellent administrative skills with Hands on MIS skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Generalist HR experience within an HR environment
- Smart personality, ability to propose solutions, adaptable, self sufficient
- Possess excellent communication skills and should be extrovert and vocal
- IT product development background a must
- Should be agile and should be able to multi task with stringent timelines
