Inviting Applications for Chat Executives :

Walk-in Timings: 11:00 am -2 PM

Hotel Kamat Lingapur , Chikoti Garden Rd, Old Patigadda, Chikoti Garden , Begumpet , Hyderabad, Telangana

Shifts: 24*7

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Answering and resolving customers queries received via chat
    2. Able to upsell and cross sell & up sell the products related to the process
  2. Interacting with customer to understand the query better and to provide appropriate resolution

Qualifications -

Minimum qualifications :

  • Graduate in any stream
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • 6 months to 18 Months experience of technical support/customer service
  • Tech savvy and worked in technical processes that involved troubleshooting of Hardware products

Preferred qualifications :

  • Technical support experience with hardware background.
  • Should have basic computer operating knowledge
  • Good Written / Verbal communication skills
