Duration: Permanent role Direct
Education: Graduate (Any Stream) Fresher's can also apply for this position
Experienced: 6 months of relevant experience in Sales or Marketing or International Voice process for Under Graduates (12th or Intermediate or +2) Shift Timings: 24*7 (Rotational shifts with Rotational Week-offs). Immediate Joining or within 7 15 days of Notice.
Key Skills Required:
Relevant work experience in sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing
Strong soft skills and need to have a good command over English as a language
To deliver the end accountability of retaining and / or acquiring customers by delivering valuable customer experience
To deliver on efficiencies & commercials
To meet & maintain work ethics aligned to organizational compliance
Achieve daily and monthly sales target
Contribute to the business profitability by offering customers high margin deals and through cross-sell initiatives
Key Skills:
Minimum 6 months experience in International Sales preferred or Fresher's with min 15yrs of education are also eligible to apply for this posting.
Excellent verbal communication Skill with Proficiency in English language.
Basic knowledge of MS Office applications like word & Excel ,handset / device technology ,telecom / mobile network
Gathers customer needs before making a pitch, by using effective fact finding & probing
