Job Description

Conceptualized and defined product feature requirement and lead Micro Lending initiatives for the organization.
Knowledge of the code, coding standards and implementation life cycle. Monitor customizations, extensions, modifications, localizations or integrations to the existing MFI product.
Drive Micro Lending initiatives in IT area with the help of Business.
Cross Functional Interaction: SPOC for coordination with both, internal & external stakeholders, including App developers, IT, Marketing, Customer Support, Compliance, & Risk.
Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements to introduce new features to Micro Lending platform.
Manage development/support for Loans/Payments in Micro Lending Domain.
Liaise with development teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Application code Management and UAT/Production support.
Leading life cycle of MFI products to make financial services available at minimum cost and optimum efficiency
Manage multiple vendor relationships for supporting the entire operations.
Strategize, drive and manage Micro Lending initiatives for organization
Project Management
Coordinate with Senior Management
End to end Product Management.
4-8 years working experience leading MFI initiatives related projects.
Qualification -B.E/ B.Tech / MBA IT
Good communication skills, pleasant personality
Self-driven, enthusiastic.
Good knowledge of technology
