Urgent Hiring ! Samarpak Management Solutions looking for renowned client from Construction Industry at Sadashiv Peth Pune Maharashtra.

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers. 

Candidates will be responsible for

1. Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
2. Building new key customer relationships as well as identifying new business opportunities
3. Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
4. Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) clients and director
5. Lead Generation And Follow Up
6. Managing Social Media accounts for better outreach
7. Create an effective plan to improve marketing and build the business
8. Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
9. Present our company to potential clients
10. Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
11. Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
12. Report to the Business Development Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results

Qualification and Experience :

• Degree in Civil Engineering/Architecture or relevant field with proven work experience as a Business Development Representative ,Sales Executive or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations

Salary : As Per Industry Standard no bar for right candidates.
