    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales & Customer Support Executive to manage both domestic and international customer inquiries, drive sales over the phone, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and a knack for closing deals.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Telesales Duties:

    • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers (domestic and international).

    • Promote products and services with the aim of converting inquiries into sales.

    • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

    • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals.

    • Maintain detailed records of sales calls, customer responses, and feedback.

    Customer Support Duties:

    • Handle inbound customer calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries related to products, services, orders, or accounts.

    • Provide accurate information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution in a timely manner.

    • Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, billing, tech support) to ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Manage customer escalations with professionalism and empathy.

    • Assist with onboarding and follow-up support for international clients in different time zones.


    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or related role (domestic and/or international markets).

    • Excellent communication skills in English; additional language(s) a plus.

    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

    • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

    • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
