We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Executive to support our sales team in converting leads into successful client engagements. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to understand and present complex solutions to clients.
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and other technical queries from prospects.
Conduct market research to identify client pain points and align our solutions accordingly.
Assist in proposal creation, including solution architecture, pricing models, and timelines.
Liaise with internal teams (tech, product, delivery) to ensure feasibility of proposed solutions.
Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements and solution designs.
Support lead generation and nurturing efforts through technical input and presentations.
Bachelors degree in Engineering, IT, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in a pre-sales, technical consulting, or business development support role.
Strong understanding of [industry-specific tools or solutions, e.g., ERP/CRM/Cloud/Software Solutions].
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to create engaging presentations, demos, and proposals.
