Post :- CSR / Sr. CSRAnalyst
Experience :- 0.6 Months to 4 years in International Voice is MUST
Qualification :- Any Graduate / UG / 10+2+3 / 10+2 / BE
Remuneration :- 2.5 L to 4.5 L ( Based on Current CTC )
Location :- BANGALORE
CAB :- 2 WAY CAB PROVIDED
SHIFT :- Rotational US / 24/ 7 Shifts
Job Description :-
- Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Candidate should have 6 months to 4 years of experience in Customer Support / Voice Process.
- Prior experience in Customer Service industry will be an added advantage.
- Should be open to work in Night shifts.
- Responsible for dealing with International Clients
- Must be willing to work in an environment that requires some amount of phone-based customer interaction
Excellent communication with International Voice experience
