HR Executive/Generalist Position:

Mode: Permanent Position.

Work Location: Bellandhur.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities/Objectives Administer new employee on-boarding, Induction, POFU and partnering with the recruitment team

Should have experience in driving the induction & ordination program & should have excellent presentation skills

Upgrade and deliver compelling on-boarding experience to ensure engagement and productivity

Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary

Identify process gap to improve and optimize processes

Implement innovative solutions for engaging and motivating the employees

Conducting employee engagement activities & maintaining a positive culture.

Compile employee records & maintain employee files
