Job Description
- Ensure the principal and ITI staff support the project and follow- up on regular project deliverables
- Conduct regular ITI compliance assessment
- Outreach to local industry and industry association via Business Membership Organizations (BMOs) and engage them in the project and identify opportunities for In-plant training
- Review and report the updates on a regular basis
- Ensure Instructors and the trainees demonstrate the safety behavior
- Follow-up and ensure that the ITI s provide every trainee with coverage under Accidental Insurance and PPEs as required
- The successful candidate will work directly with multiple stakeholders (& clients) to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible
- Familiar with a variety of the training field's concepts, practices and procedures
- 8+ years of successful experience and a proven track record of driving business training, placement, business consulting.
- 3+ years experience out of overall experience Business Management, 2+ years experience in Education/Training Management
- The Project Manager manages the project end to end. Oversee all aspects of projects
- Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time and within scope
- Manager and drive project resource to achieve set performance targets
- Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project
- Prepare reports for upper management & Client regarding status of project
- Must have good skills & experience in IT tools like MS office (Excel, PPT, WORD), Outlook, Email, Internet Applications, & more
- Training/Education Management, Employability Skills & Placement Management
