Position : Telecaller (Female)

Budget : 15-20K / Month

Location : Lenovo office ( Secunderabad).

Job Responsibilities:

End to end client management on calls.
Handing the process of increasing the bids in an auction.
Relationship building with clients.
Responding to queries from clients and give timely support when requested.
Coordinating with operation team to ensure the timely response to inquiries.
Client Relation related activities.
