Urgent hiring for Customer service executive, Customer care executive 

salary range 20k to 30k +Incetives

day shift 

6 days working 1 rotational off

Required 0-2yr of working experience with customer service (voice)

required excellent communication skills

Graduate fresher can also apply with excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
Layer 2 calling
Drop out customers
Inactive customers on the app
All NR cases disposed by dental/ non- dental team post dormancy of 7-10 days
Calling on all the Csatscores less than 7 (SF form) or below 3 (SMS)
MV collections- post every one tried (dormant customers)
Further calling as per new requirements coming in
