Udaan is hiring for Sourcing Operation Lead role in Visakhapatnam.

Candidates having experience in Sourcing Operations (Inventory, Dock to live)
Job Purpose:
Business Development is core to growing business via Sellers on udaan. This team is
responsible for the business growth of udaan and our seller partners. The team drives
product adoption and evolution to ensure udaan becomes relevant and the
obvious choice for trade to all businesses in that category.
In this role you will be the face of udaan and be responsible for:
Coordination with inventory for PO raising as required for the geography and
category
Coordinating with vendor on arrival of the requisite goods as raised in the PO
Blocking of Space in the warehouse to ensure the stock can be offloaded
and kept in the warehouse
Book Vehicle as and when required for delivery of the stock Coordinate with
vendor on stock post the vendor gets the PO Coordinate with
Driver/inwarding manager/central team coordination
Ensure inwarding as per PO as per the following two
Inward the stock with limited or no issues
Reduce exception flow for the stock/city Manage Dispute handling
(RTV / Inward and Repack/ Inward and Liquidate)
Work to ensure product goes live Coordinate with Finance for Recon (on
exception cases)
What we are looking for:
Graduate or MBA
5-10 years of experience preferred
Operational Excellence
A demonstrated record of leading team of off roll talent
Ability to take initiative in a constantly changing work environment and a generalist do-what- it takes mind-set
A demonstrated record of positively owning and leading initiatives and continuous process improvement mind-set
Vendor management/distribution management experience is a plus
