• Responsible for handling end to end recruitment (BFSI) assignments for various LOBs
• Analyzing and understanding the client requirement. Experience of working on , etc. Sourcing, screening, Job posting and mass mailing profiles from a job portal and other sources. Calling prospecting candidate, explaining to them about the opening. Shortlisting the candidates as per clients requirements and then scheduling up the interviews.
• Regular follow up with the selected candidates to confirm their joining dates, Maintaining and updating database of potential, prospective and rejected candidates.
• Experienced human resource professional proficient in handling BFSI Recruitment. Delivering on Senior & Niche requirements of our clients. Selecting candidates from multiple sources i.e. Social Networking sites, Head Hunting, Cold Calling, Mapping, Job Portals, databases etc.
• Stakeholder Management
• Offer Management.

• Minimum Bachelors degree
• Good verbal and written communication skills
