Responsibility
1. Responsible for complete recruitment life-cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse and cost effective sources.
2. Build and manage the channels of sourcing resource planning
3. Oversee screening and shortlisting of candidates and to ensure suitable candidates available to customer departments in the shortest lead time.
4. Meeting recruitment targets in terms of numbers, cost and quality
5. Maintaining and reporting accurate information on recruitment by maintaining a current and updated MIS on a weekly/Monthly/Quarterly basis
6. Negotiate the salary and compensation fitments of the selected candidate.
7. Develop relationships with various colleges and B-schools for Campus hiring.
