Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Business Intelligence (BI) reports, excel reports, and other tools working with cross-functional teams ensuring data accuracy
• Drive standardization of data reporting standards across units to streamline MIS
• Own the project to drive process standardization across units
• Develop reports independently or in association with P&F IT team for process automation
• Publish MIS as per agreed frequency to all stakeholders:
• Daily: Material Availability, Left Over/Off Gr/Slow Moving Report, Inventory Control: Ageing/Qlty, Stuffing Plan to Domestic, Production Exception Report, Container Movement Plan
• Weekly: Order Booking Status, Sales Plan (3-4 times), Most Likely docs
• Monthly: Carried Forward Order Status, Business LE, Sales Plan, Actuals v/s Plan, Production Tally, Inventory Ageing
• Yearly Activity which runs approx. 3-4 months: Planning & budgeting

Any Graduate with Sales or PPC MIS experience. Experience of working in SAP
