About the work from home job
Selected employees day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the entire recruitment process
2. Thoroughly go through the profiles shared by us
3. Engaging with the clients for a better understanding of their needs and
requirements.
4. Sourcing quality and suitable candidates from the target companies through
various job boards like Headhunting or social networking sites like LinkedIn,
Indeed, etc.
5. Handle multiple positions/industries while employing various closing strategies.
6. Coordinate with Team Leader (assigned by us) to work on the requirements of our
clients
7. No need to compromise your quality time with kids and family, just work with us for
4-5 hours/per day.
