Acquire new clients on-board to generate new business opportunities by creating proposals as per the requirements.
Responsible to develop and maintain assigned client relationships.
End to end responsibility for all events (Calling, Meeting, Negotiating, Closure & Campaign Management & balance the demand & supply for the Live Entertainment inventories).
Interact with internal teams for the smooth flow of each event listing and marketing initiatives.
Track the ongoing event initiatives in the market for a better approach and generating support to the annual targets.
Point of contact for all Small/Medium scale oganizers for the smooth & easy functioning on the accounts.
Manage & supervise the team members job responsibilities.
Prepare & analyse sales reports periodically.
Your Checklist
5-7 years, preferably in the Events industry.
Knowledge & experience in sales, BD, client servicing, digital marketing & research.
Good command over written and verbal communication
Problem solver & ability to multi-task and prioritize
Strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations
Flexible based on business needs and requirements
Experience working in start-ups or other face paced environments
