WHAT YOU WILL YOU BE DOING:
You will develop a deep understanding of the client s business, their needs, expectations and requirements to help advise on the optimal solution.
You will ensure everything runs smoothly end to end from scoping and estimation, through contracting and work authorization, resourcing and development, all the way to acceptance.
You must be very technically minded with proven ability to work effectively with globally distributed creative and production teams, able to interpret client specifications and direct teams to deliver on time, on budget and with the highest quality.
You must also be able to partner closely with and collaborate effectively with the client s other vendors and suppliers.
You will also ensure that new challenges and requirements from the client are fully understood by the team and you will participate in solution development as the engagement evolves.
This role is closely aligned with Brand Partners and you will be expected to develop a well-rounded skillset that will advance your career in either delivery or other disciplines. Developing key relationships with clients is an important part of the role, as is maintaining their trust by delivering on what we said we would.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE:
5+ years of creative campaign delivery and/or agency experience.
Production experience is ideal.
Creative and technically minded in nature - we don t expect you to know how to code or expect you to come up with the next big idea, but you must be comfortable understanding the world in which these disciplines operate.
Strong client facing experience with the ability to instil confidence in the solutions and selected approach.
Able to effectively navigate conflict with internal and external stakeholders.
Commercially astute with experience implementing to a statement of work within a master services agreement context and meeting stringent financial targets.
Clear and concise communicator, to all levels of stakeholders both with clients and with Oliver.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Able to manage schedule, scope, burn, resources and risk proactively and decisively.
Demonstrated ability to motivate people, inspire teamwork and take a leadership role on the project and someone who seeks solutions rather than just reporting problems.
Understanding of how the program fits strategically for Unilever and for Oliver.
Client-side or In-house agency experience
Recognised delivery qualifications such as Prince 2 or Agile SCRUM
