Will be working with internal BookMyShow team in launching co-branded card products from strategy to execution (positioning, launch strategy and execution, go-to-market plan, promotions, and/or partner marketing). .
As a co brand credit card Manager you will work with the banking partner to define the best value prop for the card. Own ongoing sales and alliance conversations.
Lead partner marketing strategy and execution, and carry accountability for marketing results
Will own acquisition targets for the card program.
Will be tasked with establishing and building key performance indicators while owning and defining card acquisition strategy
Will need to monitor reports and provide analysis to internal teams using data and metrics to determine improvements which would increase the digital card acquisition
Create and test hypotheses to continuously explore new data points which can help meeting acquisition targets
Work with marketing and analytics team to identify target audiences, and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different marketing assets, channels and segments to drive digital card acquisition
Will be working with cross-functional across marketing, training, finance, product management, PR, legal, and research
Your Checklist
MBA or similar degree
Experience in BFSI sector and managing co-branded card products is a plus
Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in a highly innovative and fast paced environment
Ability in managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously
Data-driven decision making with ability to dive deep into customer data and translate insights into opportunities.
Strong drive for results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks to get the job done
Should be well versed with online/offline channel marketing and strategies
